Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where available.
Shipping Times
Standard UK delivery: 3–7 business days. International delivery: 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and current carrier conditions.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard UK shipping on all orders over £75. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat £4.99 shipping fee.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 14 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international), please contact us at hello@verrova.com and we will investigate immediately.
